I have seen every Bruce Lee movie, I'm really strong and I've also once punched a ghost. Meet James aka GOOOOG, I came to personal training through ...my own struggle from being 40kg overweight with recurring back pain at the age of 15. My journey wasn't at all easy, I've had setbacks, and encountered a great deal of failure but I have learnt from them, and they have led me to where I am now. Over studying for the past 4 years, I've developed a passion for promoting fitness and good dieting tips as they have changed my life for the better.
